SqAR（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めます。
01収集する情報
- カメラ映像: AR体験の提供および手指ジェスチャーの認識のために使用します。カメラ映像はデバイス上でリアルタイムに処理され、外部サーバーには送信されません。
- 匿名デバイスID（UUID）: キャンペーン使用回数の管理、招待機能、課金状態の確認に使用します。個人を特定するものではありません。
- Apple IDアカウント情報: Sign in with Appleを利用した場合、Appleから提供される名前・メールアドレスをアカウント管理にのみ使用します。
- 広告識別子（IDFA）: ユーザーの同意を得た場合に限り、広告配信の最適化に使用します（AdMob）。

- AR動画再生体験の提供
- キャンペーン機能の提供と利用状況の集計
- サブスクリプション管理
- 友達招待機能の提供
- アプリの改善およびバグ修正
- 広告配信（IDFAに同意した場合のみ）
03情報の共有
本アプリは、以下の場合を除き、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に提供しません。
- ユーザーの同意がある場合
- 法令に基づく場合
- Appleのアプリ内課金処理（Apple社のプライバシーポリシーに準じます）
- 広告配信サービス（Google AdMob）：IDFAに同意した場合のみ
04データの保存
- カメラ映像: デバイス上でのみ処理され、保存されません。
- 録画した動画: ユーザーの操作により端末のフォトライブラリに保存されます。
- デバイスID・キャンペーンデータ: 匿名化された状態でサーバーに保存されます。
05セキュリティ
HTTPS暗号化通信、JWT認証、SSLピンニングを採用し、不正アクセスを防止しています。
06お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。13歳未満の方から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。
07データ保持期間
匿名デバイスIDおよびキャンペーンデータは、アカウント削除リクエストまたは最終利用から2年間保持した後、削除します。
08GDPREUユーザーの権利について
欧州経済領域（EEA）にお住まいのユーザーは、EU一般データ保護規則（GDPR）に基づき、以下の権利を有します。
- アクセスの権利: 本アプリが保有するあなたのデータの開示を請求できます。
- 訂正の権利: 不正確なデータの訂正を請求できます。
- 消去の権利（忘れられる権利）: 保有するデータの削除を請求できます。
- 処理制限の権利: データ処理の制限を請求できます。
- データポータビリティの権利: データを機械可読形式で受け取る権利があります。
- 異議申し立ての権利: データ処理に対して異議を唱えることができます。

データ処理の法的根拠（GDPR第6条）

データ転送について
本アプリのサーバーは日本国内に設置されています。EEA外へのデータ転送が発生する場合（広告配信等）は、適切な保護措置（標準契約条項）を講じます。
09変更について
本プライバシーポリシーは必要に応じて更新されます。重要な変更がある場合はアプリ内で通知します。

01Information We Collect
SqAR respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
- Camera Feed: Used to provide the AR experience and recognize finger gestures. Camera data is processed locally in real-time and never sent to external servers.
- Anonymous Device ID (UUID): Used to manage campaign usage, the invite feature, and subscription status. This does not identify you personally.
- Apple ID Account Information: If you use Sign in with Apple, your name and email provided by Apple are used solely for account management.
- Advertising Identifier (IDFA): Used for ad optimization (AdMob) only with your explicit consent via the App Tracking Transparency prompt.

- App improvement and bug fixes
- Ad delivery (only if IDFA consent granted)
03Information Sharing
We do not share your personal information with third parties except:
- With your consent
- As required by law
- For Apple In-App Purchase processing (subject to Apple's Privacy Policy)
- With Google AdMob for advertising (only if IDFA consent granted)
04Data Retention
Anonymous device IDs and campaign data are retained for 2 years from last use, then deleted upon account deletion request or expiration.
05Security
We use HTTPS encryption, JWT authentication, and SSL pinning to prevent unauthorized access.
06Children's Privacy
This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
07GDPRRights of EU Users
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights under the GDPR:
- Right of Access: Request disclosure of data we hold about you.
- Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your data (right to be forgotten).
- Right to Restriction: Request restriction of processing.
- Right to Data Portability: Receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Right to Object: Object to data processing based on legitimate interests.

International Data Transfers
Our servers are located in Japan. For transfers outside the EEA (e.g., ad services), appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses) are applied.
